By downloading, accessing, or using Remi (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is provided by Miguel Angel Olvera Téllez (“Remi,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Contact us at [support@remi-family.com].
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
Remi allows you to create or join a family group to collaborate on events, tasks, notes, and other content. You are responsible for whom you invite and what you share.
Remi may offer paid features through subscriptions (e.g., “Family” / “Pro”). Prices and terms are shown in-app before purchase.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store and/or Google Play and are subject to their terms and policies. We do not control store billing, renewal, or refund decisions.
Subscriptions typically renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID / Google Play account settings.
If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Trial duration may vary by platform and may change from time to time.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies.
If you choose to connect a third-party calendar (e.g., Google Calendar), you grant permission for Remi to access and manage calendar data as needed to provide the features you enable (for example, creating or updating events you initiate). You can revoke permissions at any time in your Google/Apple account settings and/or within app settings.
You may submit or create content in the Service (“User Content”), including events, tasks, notes, and images. You retain ownership of your User Content.
Remi may include AI-assisted features (for example, extracting event details from images). AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for verifying results and using your judgment.
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:
The Service (including software, design, logos, and trademarks) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in the Service.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google Calendar, Apple Sign-In). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or outages.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republica Mexicana, excluding conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be brought in the courts located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
